Your ticket for the Heineken Experience is a ticket with a timeslot you chose while making a reservation. You can ONLY enter the museum at this specific time. Changing your slottime is NOT possible. The address of the Heineken Experience is Stadhouderskade 78 Amsterdam
The ticket for your City Canal Cruise is an so called "OPEN TICKET". This means that no timeslot has been allocated and you can board any next available boat at one of the 2 docks:
Blue Boat Company has 2 departure docks:
• The first dock is located at Stadhouderskade 501 opposite the Hard Rock Cafe. Take tram 2 or 12 and exit at stop Leidseplein. From there the dock is a 2 minute walk.
• The second dock is located at Stadhouderskade 550, opposite Heineken Experience. Take tram 2 or 12 and exit at stop Rijksmuseum. From there the dock is a 5 minute walk or take metro No. 52 and stop at Vijzelgracht. From there the dock is only a 2 minute walk.

Know before you go

Please redeem this voucher at one of the Blue Boat Company kiosks. These are located on the Stadhouderskade 30 (opposite the Hard Rock Cafe and the Park Hotel) or on the Stadhouderskade 78 (opposite the Heineken Experience).
