Your ticket for MOCO Museum is a ticket with a timeslot you chose while making a reservation. You can ONLY enter the museum at this specific time. Changing your slottime is NOT possible. The address of the MOCO Museum is Honthorststraat 20, 1071 DR Amsterdam.
The ticket for your City Canal Cruise is an so called "OPEN TICKET". This means that no timeslot has been allocated and you can board any next available boat at one of the 2 docks:
• The first dock is located at Stadhouderskade 501 opposite the Hard Rock Cafe. Take tram 2 or 12 and exit at stop Leidseplein. From there the dock is a 2 minute walk.
• The second dock is located at Stadhouderskade 550, opposite Heineken Experience. Take tram 2 or 12 and exit at stop Rijksmuseum. From there the dock is a 5 minute walk or take metro No. 52 and stop at Vijzelgracht. From there the dock is only a 2 minute walk.
• You can cancel your cruise until 24 hours prior to departure. Cancellation within 24 hours is not possible. To move your timeslot, please contact our reservations department via +31206791370.
• Wheelchair accessible boats are available, but do depart at specific times. If you need wheelchair access to a boat, please call our reservations department after booking your ticket and confirm your wheelchair accessible seat.
