This outdoor yoga-inspired tour combines a series of power walks throughout Central Park’s most serene locations with restorative yoga poses and stretches at each stop. Stay active in New York City with this peaceful and energizing fit tour. Center your mind and body as the sun rises above the skyline and the world’s most exciting city comes to life all around you!

Overview

Our Yoga Walks are the most unique way to blend in a healthy activity to your visit to NYC. We lead our guests through a historical walking tour through the most idyllic locations in the Park where we stop for various Yoga flows and meditation exercises. No mats are needed. This tour is a non-traditional Yoga experience as we focus mostly on standing poses and use Park elements (benches, walls, bridges) as props.
