The business judgment of customer weight/height (or any other restriction) is final and may be decided upon by SphereMania staff on the day of the ride
Participants must be physically fit. Sphereing is NOT a gentle ride. Participation is prohibited if you are pregnant; under the influence of alcohol or drugs; suffering or have ever suffered from back/neck problems; have had an operation in the last 12 months, have heart or blood pressure problems, suffer from epilepsy or are receiving medical treatment that could be affected by the activity. Spectators should adhere to the Health and Safety guidelines and remain in the designated safe areas at all times

The experience will run two to four days per month (sessions tend to be on Fridays and Saturdays). The season starts in the Spring and runs until the Autumn.
We recommend you book at least four weeks in advance to ensure that dates are. All bookings are subject to availability.
Your ride will last from 30 seconds to 1 minute. You should allow at least 1 hour for your visit.

Your voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Once you receive the confirmation from Virgin Experience days, you will need to have your serial number and pin number at the ready, and then click on "Activate to view booking instructions". This will then ask you to fill in some details, and once your voucher has been activated you will be able to view the full product information and booking instructions.

Know before you go

confirmation from Virgin Experience days will be with you within 72 hours of booking, , you will need to have your serial number and pin number at the ready, and then click on "Activate to view booking instructions". This will then ask you to fill in some details, and once your voucher has been activated you will be able to view the full product information and booking instructions. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure you get a suitable date, but it will advise of the recommended lead booking time for your exact experience within the product information. All experiences must be booked and taken before their expiry date on the voucher.
