● On Tuesday only, spend time in the dry-stone built village Gordes for the market . On the other days, a photo stop will be organized.
● From mid-June to mid-July, quick stop at Senanque Abbey to take pictures of the lavender field in bloom.
● Discover the village of Roussillon and its colorful houses (market on Thursday).
● Free time in Lourmarin (market on Friday), famous for its Renaissance castle.
● On Sunday only, stop at the market in L'Isle sur Sorgue : walk along the canals and discover the antique shops.
● Drive to Fontaine de Vaucluse and the Sorgue resurgence.
⚫ On Saturday only, discover the market in the city of Apt, famous for the candied-fruits production.
NB: Some days, a drive through Aix en Provence to pick up and drop off passengers may be included.Free time for a snack on your own during the day.

The villages and markets of the Luberon
Markets in Provence are an authentic part of the local "art de vivre". Most of the villages in Provence has a weekly market, each with its own personality. Join your local Provence expert guide as he takes you to the best Provencal markets. Visit the colourful stalls and discover famous local products such as honey, olive oil, fresh olives, cheeses, fresh local vegetables, famous Provence soap, dried herbs and pottery!
No trip to Provence is complete without visiting its local markets!
Your tour starts in Marseille at 8am where you meet your friendly local guide. Set off in the comfort of our minibus and enjoy the picturesque drive through Provence as you travel to its best markets.
Youwill stop in one the of the most famous of the Luberon villages : Gordes. Enjoy some time in the village which is made entirely from dry-stone and admire the breathtaking view of the Luberon mountain. (Gordes' market is on Tuesdays. On other days of the week, a photo stop will be organised.)
From mid-June to mid-July, your tour includes a quick picturesque stop at Sénanque Abbey to capture the beautiful views of the abbey surrounded by lavender fields in bloom.
Next stop on your villages tour is to Roussillon and its colourful ochre houses and cliffs. (Roussillon's market is on Thursdays).
Get a taste of Provençal life walking through one of the most beautiful Provençal market towns in the Luberon: Lourmarin. Also famous for its Renaissance castle. (Lourmarin's market is on Fridays).
On Saturdays only, the tour will include the city of Apt and its market, famous for its candied-fruits.
The market takes place on Sunday in L'Isle sur Sorgue: walk along the canals during your visit and discover the antique shops. (the stop in L'Isle sur Sorgue will only be on Sundays for the market).
The last stop of your day trip will be to the village of Fontaine de Vaucluse. Walk up to the cave to see the place where the River Sorgue emerges and admire the beautiful panorama from there.
After visiting Fontaine de Vaucluse it's time to leave the Luberon and head back to Marseille where you will arrive at 7.30pm.

There will be free time for lunch (not included) on your own during the day.
On certain days, a quick drive through Aix-en-Provence to pick up and drop off passengers may be included.
