Participant Guidelines:
•Minimum age: varies by venue (see website for more information)
•Must be able to swim 10m and be fairly confident in moving water.
•Children under 12 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
•Due to the nature of the experience, this activity is unlikely to be suitable for anyone with disabilities. However, feel free to contact In Your Element if you have any questions about this.

Overview
Kickstart the session with a safety briefing from an experienced guide who will make sure you’re safe and have lots of fun during your experience. Briefing over, don your wetsuit, buoyancy aid and helmet and expect to balance across narrow ledges, jump into stream pools and scramble rocks under the watchful eyes of your expert guide.
You may find yourself fighting your way upstream against the flow as you clamber up rocks, hide behind waterfalls, jump into deep pools or swim across dark pools- all amidst lush green surroundings.
Know before you go
Confirmation from Virgin Experience days will be with you within 72 hours of booking, , you will need to have your serial number and pin number at the ready, and then click on "Activate to view booking instructions". This will then ask you to fill in some details, and once your voucher has been activated you will be able to view the full product information and booking instructions. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure you get a suitable date, but it will advise of the recommended lead booking time for your exact experience within the product information. All experiences must be booked and taken before their expiry date on the voucher.
