Once you receive the confirmation from Virgin Experience days, you will need to have your serial number and pin number at the ready, and then click on "Activate to view booking instructions". This will then ask you to fill in some details, and once your voucher has been activated you will be able to view the full product information and booking instructions.

Participant Guidelines:
•Under 18s must be accompanied by a full paying adult
•Any disabilities must be disclosed at the time of booking. All passengers must be physically able to walk on to the boats with an able bodied helper and unfortunately no electronic wheelchairs are permitted
•Two of the boats are wheelchair accessible; River Palace and River Duchess. River Duchess also has a wheelchair accessible toilet. However, the only wheelchair access is at the King’s Staith Landing

Availability:
The river cruise is available seven days a week between April and November (except weekends in July and August). Other exclusions may apply. Excluded dates include UK Mother's day, Good Friday to Easter Monday, UK Father's day and Bank Holiday Mondays.

Please check closer to the time of traveling that there are no changes to the schedule as services may change at short notice due to the current circumstances.

Please note: All bookings are subject to availability and operational changes. There is a set allocation for voucher holders on each date and it is not always possible to fulfil specific date requests.

Please allow 45 minutes to 1 hour to enjoy the cruise.

Please note: no vouchers will be accepted on the pier and bookings must be made in advance

This will then ask you to fill in some details, and once your voucher has been activated you will be able to view the full product information and booking instructions. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure you get a suitable date, but it will advise of the recommended lead booking time for your exact experience within the product information. All experiences must be booked and taken before their expiry date on the voucher.
