Once you receive the confirmation from Virgin Experience days, you will need to have your serial number and pin number at the ready, and then click on "Activate to view booking instructions". This will then ask you to fill in some details, and once your voucher has been activated you will be able to view the full product information and booking instructions.
Participant Guidelines:
•Minimum age: 10 (under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult)
•All participants should have a reasonable fitness level to be able to cope with a full day of physical activity.
•Harnesses accommodate a maximum waist size of 47 inches
•We have a maximum weight of 19 stone on our Freefall machine (Ultimate Xtreme trip only, this would only apply to the Freefall section of the trip)
•There are some medical conditions that may impact your trip or, unfortunately, make the Go Below trips potentially unsuitable for you. Please speak to the office staff before booking if you think you may have a condition or impediment that will be an issue for our trips. In all cases, please speak to us before booking if you have any of the following:
•Epilepsy, vertigo, mobility issues, issues holding your own weight on arms or legs, amputations or limb function disabilities, deafness, sight impediment or heart problems

Overview
Perfect if you’re looking for something physical, challenging and fun, the challenge lasts approximately five hours. It features a 20-minute hike up through stunning scenery to the mine entrance, where you’ll then boat across a vibrant turquoise underground lake before ziplining over another deep pool of water.
The action will continue with you climbing, abseiling, traversing rock faces, ascending a waterfall and scaling an air shaft. This is an experience that’s sure to leave you buzzing long after it’s over.
Know before you go
Confirmation from Virgin Experience days will be with you within 72 hours of booking, , you will need to have your serial number and pin number at the ready, and then click on "Activate to view booking instructions". This will then ask you to fill in some details, and once your voucher has been activated you will be able to view the full product information and booking instructions. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure you get a suitable date, but it will advise of the recommended lead booking time for your exact experience within the product information. All experiences must be booked and taken before their expiry date on the voucher.
